From the pool deck you can watch the kiteboarding on Long Bay beach that is only a 3 minutes drive from the villa, additionally the world famous Grace Bay Sunset beach is a 6 minute drive. 

You can also book horseback riding, Kite Surfing and Wave Runner Rental on the Long Bay Beach.  The villa is also close to Leeward and Walkin Marina where you can book other water sports, tours and ferry services to North and Middle Caicos.

Ans: To have your villa pre-stocked, just send us your grocery list.  There is a 15% service fee.

Ans: We realize that there may be an occassional need to work while on vacation, so the villa is equipped with a work area/desk and wifi for your convenience.

Ans: Check-in is at 3:00pm.  However if there are no departures scheduled for the day of your arrival, flexibility for early check-in maybe considered.  Please inquire in advance.
